Welcome to TrucGOs Movers and Logistics. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, quotations, and official invoices. By requesting a quote, booking our services, or receiving an invoice, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

1. Quotations & Validity

  • Validity Period:The quoted charges provided by TrucGOs Movers and Logistics are based on prevailing market rates and are strictly valid for a period of two (2) weeksfrom the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates are subject to revision based on fuel, labor, or seasonal demand changes.
  • Scope of Work:Quotations are prepared based on the specific material list and inventory provided by the client during the survey or inquiry.
  • Extra Charges:Any additional items, extra loading/unloading floors, or services not explicitly mentioned in the original quotation will incur additional charges.

2. Payment Terms & Invoicing

  • Payment Due Date:All invoice payments must be made in full within fifteen (15) daysfrom the date of invoice submission.
  • Accepted Payment Methods:Payments can be made via Cash, NEFT/RTGS, or Cheque/Demand Draft (DD).
  • Payment Beneficiary:All Cheques and Demand Drafts (DD) must be issued strictly in favor of "TrucGOs Movers and Logistics"payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
  • Late Payment Interest:A 10% interest fee per monthwill be charged automatically on all invoices that remain unpaid after fifteen (15) days from the date of invoice.

3. Liability Disclaimer & Insurance

  • Carrier Risk & Road Hazards:The carrier (TrucGOs Movers and Logistics) and its agents shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused due to accidents, fire, rain, natural disasters, collisions, or any other road, weather, or river hazards beyond our control.
  • Recommended Coverage:We strongly recommend that clients insure their consignment under FOV (Freight on Value / Carrier's Risk)to ensure full financial protection against unforeseen incidents.
  • Insurance Payment:If insurance is requested, the full premium amount must be paid upfront at the loading point prior to dispatch. An official receipt of the insurance coverage will be issued to the customer.

4. Packing Standards & Service Execution

  • Quality Assurance:All quotes are prepared assuming our standard multi-layer packing protocol, utilizing industrial-grade materials (bubble roll, stretch film, corrugated cartons, and wooden crating where applicable).
  • Advance Notice:To ensure seamless logistics planning, equipment allocation, and service execution to your satisfaction, we require at least 48 hours prior noticebefore the scheduled loading time.

5. Union Charges & Local Regulations

  • Headload / Union Fees:Any local loading/unloading labor union fees, entry fees, or unorganized labor charges—if applicable at the origin or destination points—are not included in our quotation and will be charged extra on an actual basis to the client.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or schedule changes must be communicated in writing or via official phone/WhatsApp communication at least 24 hours prior to the dispatch time to avoid vehicle mobilization penalties.

7. Jurisdiction & Legal Framework

  • Any legal disputes, claims, or arbitration arising out of our services, quotes, or invoices shall be subject strictly to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala.
